Employers - Events and Fairs

Each fair has specific parking instructions that are emailed to registered companies prior to the fair

• Mill Street- 105 Meiners St, San Marcos TX 78666
  • If lot is being offered, no pass or permit is needed to park here
• LBJSC Visitor Garage- 202 Student Center Drive, San Marcos TX 78666
  • This is a pay to park lot, bring in ticket to be validated
• LBJSC Visitor Garage Special Entrance-202 Student Center Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666
  • If special event side is operating during the fair, proceed to the bus loop and turn right into the garage. A tenant will provide you with a pass
• Pay to Park lots- You can always pay to park on campus when visiting. Please visit their website for lots that are available

Some suggestions on successful deliveries:

• Make sure all shipments are delivered 3 days prior to the fair.
• Include the name of the career fair on the shipping label of your package.
• To return your shipment, be sure to provide your own air bill/shipping forms and speak with a Career Services staff member prior to leaving the fair.
