Each semester, we host hundreds of employers who come to campus to hire Bobcats. On-campus recruiting is a great way for you to meet with big-time employers--in fields such as finance, management, graphic design, communications, sales and more--right here at Texas State.
See who’s coming this semester by clicking on the On Campus Interviewing tab in Jobs4Cats, then “drop” your resume to be considered for an interview. Find further instructions on how to apply, as well as how to prepare for your on-campus interview, by clicking here.
Just upload your resume and we do the rest! With a resume referral, you can be considered for many employment opportunities--without lifting a finger.
Here’s how it works: employers are interested in hiring a specific group of students--say, junior marketing majors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. If you have an active Jobs4Cats profile, complete with a resume, that satisfies the employers’ qualifications, we submit your resume to them for consideration. If they’re interested in interviewing you, you’ll be contacted for an interview.
It’s really as simple as that. To participate in resume referrals, you must upload your resume to your Jobs4Cats profile.
