Recruit On Campus
Job fairs are an effective way to recruit a large pool of applicants at one time and get the word about opportunities with your organization out on campus. Throughout the fall and spring semesters, Career Services offers 14 job and internship fairs and a law school fair to assist you in your recruiting efforts.
In order to register to attend a fair, you must have an active profile in Jobs4Cats, our online database. Go to the employer login in Jobs4Cats.
Payment Policy: Job fair registration fees must be paid by the end of the semester in which the fair takes place in order for your organization to remain in good standing and continue to use our employer services.

Conducting interviews on campus is a great way to access students and alumni on their home turf. On-campus interviews are scheduled throughout the year and interviews can be tailored to fit your needs. Here’s how it works:
- Create an on-campus recruiting schedule in Jobs4Cats, our online database.
- To submit a request for on-campus interviewing, select New Schedule Request from the On Campus Recruiting dropdown menu.
- Set your application criteria and Jobs4Cats creates a timeline for students and alumni to apply.
- When the application deadline has passed, you will be notified to select your interview candidates.
- Candidates will be automatically alerted that you’ve selected them for an interview. They will be prompted to log in to Jobs4Cats to select an interview time.
- Come to campus and interview Bobcats in one of our private interview rooms!
If you wish to create your own interview schedule outside of Jobs4Cats, please provide the Employer Relations Coordinator the list of candidates with scheduled interview appointments one day prior to your arrival in Career Services.
Interview Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary for you to cancel an interview date, please do so prior to the resume submission deadline posted on your schedule. If you cancel your visit and students have already dropped resumes or scheduled interviews, it is your responsibility to notify them of the cancellation. Early cancellations are appreciated. Keep in mind, last minute cancellations and no-shows will negatively affect your campus image with students who expect to interview with your organization.

Get started by registering for Jobs4Cats today. Posting a job in Jobs4Cats is one of the easiest ways to spread the word about opportunities at your organization. Follow the simple steps on the Jobs4Cats registration page to post a job.
Policy Note: Our office will review and activate approved jobs within three business days of being submitted.
All advertising flyers and posters must be approved by Career Services prior to being posted on bulletin boards around campus.
Bobcat Career Chats are a great way to target highly motivated candidates and spread the word about opportunities with your organization. Bobcat Career Chats are one hour presentations given by businesses to interested students and are scheduled during the fall, summer and spring semesters on campus. Our office will create advertising flyers and post them around campus as well as send email notifications to qualified students advertising your career chat.
Please schedule your Bobcat Cat Career Chat at least two weeks prior to your requested date, as space is limited. Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with equipment rental and catering requests, so ask about the costs associated with scheduling a Bobcat Career Chat.

Request an Information Table on Campus
You can also request an information table in the LBJ Student Center Mall area. Career Services works with the LBJ Student Center to coordinate your reservation request.
To accommodate the large number of on campus tabling requests, Employers can table up to two (2) times per semester. Therefore, it is recommended that you provide us with alternative dates when submitting your request.To request an Information Table on Campus, complete our online Career Services Tabling Request Form and allow two weeks (10 business days) to process your request. Employers requesting Mall space must also abide by the LBJ Student Center Policies.
