Walk-In Career Counseling
Walk-In career coaching hours are held in the Career services office on the 5th floor of the LBJ Student Center. Students do not need to schedule an appointment and may come in during our scheduled hours for 30 minute appointments.
Monday and Tuesdays - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Wednesdays and Thursdays - 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

EXTRA Credit!! - Research companies and impress the recruiters!
One thing that really impresses a recruiter is if you as a job seeker have gone the extra distance to research BOTH the specific company AND the specific industry. For example, if you were interviewing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, you would know ERAC inside and out at least from their website, and you would also research the whole 'rental vehicle' industry.
